How it works

- 2Send HDB's own formSend her the blank OTP PDF you downloaded from HDB's Resale Portal for this deal. Each OTP and its serial number are issued by HDB, so ORQADOS fills HDB's form, never a copy of an old one.
- 3Check the read-backShe reads every detail back to you, with identity numbers masked. Correct anything by text.
- 4Reply YESThe completed OTP arrives in the chat as a PDF, named after the address, ready to check and send.

Where do I get the HDB OTP form?
HDB issues the Option to Purchase for each resale transaction through its Resale Portal, with its own serial number. Download it there, then send it to your assistant to fill.
Can ORQADOS change the OTP serial number?
No. Each OTP and its serial are issued by HDB for a specific transaction. ORQADOS fills the form you were issued and checks the serial you type matches the one printed on it.
Is this legal advice?
