When a lead is ready to see the place, Chloe offers you as their guide, checks your real Google Calendar, and books the viewing the moment they say yes. Then she briefs you, so you walk in already knowing what matters to them.
How a viewing gets booked
- She spots the moment. "Thinking of walking in this Saturday." "When's the preview?" That's when she suggests meeting you there, with one plain reason it helps them.
- Your calendar decides. Only a time your Google Calendar shows as free is offered. If they ask for a taken slot, she offers the nearest free one.
- Booked on "yes", never before. The event is written into your calendar first. Only then does she tell the lead it's booked.
- You get the briefing. On WhatsApp, straight away: who, when, where, their budget, what they're looking for, their main concern and a suggested approach.
- You call them before the appointment. The briefing ends with that one instruction, because the relationship is yours.
What she will not do
- Offer a time without checking your calendar.
- Say "booked" before the event exists.
- Cancel or move your appointments. If a lead can't make it, she tells you and the event stays in your calendar.
- Push. If the lead hesitates, the booking attempt ends and she goes back to being helpful.
Viewings and calls
Chloe arranges both showflat or unit viewings and phone or video calls. If you work as a team, the appointment goes to whichever consultant is free.

Can an AI assistant book property viewings for me?
Yes. Chloe checks your connected Google Calendar, offers only free times, and books the viewing into your calendar when the lead says yes. You receive a WhatsApp briefing with the lead's budget, needs and main concern straight away.
What if the lead asks for a time I'm busy?
She never offers a time your calendar shows as taken. She offers the nearest free slot instead.
Can Chloe cancel or reschedule my appointments?
No. If a lead can't make it, she tells you and leaves the event in your calendar for you to decide.
