WHATSAPP BLAST · BROADCAST · BULK MESSAGING · SINGAPORE

WhatsApp broadcasts for property agents, without blasting from your personal number

Every agent has a story about a colleague whose number was restricted after a big blast. The fix isn't sending less. It's sending the way WhatsApp was built for business: personal, approved and easy to opt out of.

Why blasts get numbers restricted

  • Personal WhatsApp isn't built for bulk. Forwarding the same message to hundreds of people looks like spam to WhatsApp's systems, especially to people who don't have your number saved.
  • Recipients report and block. Every block and report counts against the sender.
  • Singapore's DNC rules still apply. Marketing messages to Singapore numbers need a DNC check or clear consent, and an opt-out that is honoured. PDPA and DNC for WhatsApp, explained.

The official route

Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform is how businesses are meant to message at volume. Messages outside a 24-hour conversation use templates Meta has approved; each recipient gets their own message with their own name; recipients can opt out; and the business pays Meta per template message. ORQADOS connects your WhatsApp Business number to that platform and enforces its rules for you.

What you can send with ORQADOS

Every send waits for your approval of the content and the list. Opt-outs are excluded automatically, and a monitor shows delivered, read and replied.

An honest limit

No tool can guarantee a number will never be restricted: Meta judges every sender by how recipients react. Send to people who know you, make every message useful, and stop anyone who asks. ORQADOS makes the right way the easy way.

Questions agents ask

Why did my WhatsApp get banned after a broadcast?

WhatsApp restricts numbers that send bulk or unwanted messages, particularly when recipients block or report them. Personal and WhatsApp Business app accounts aren't designed for messaging hundreds of people who haven't saved your number.

Is there a limit on WhatsApp broadcast lists?

The WhatsApp Business app's broadcast lists only reach people who have saved your number, and are meant for small lists. For larger audiences, Meta provides the WhatsApp Business Platform, with approved templates and per-message pricing.

Do I need consent to WhatsApp my clients in Singapore?

For marketing messages, generally yes, or a check against the DNC registry, plus an opt-out that you honour. Read our PDPA and DNC guide; it is general information, not legal advice.

Can I keep my existing WhatsApp Business number?

Usually, yes. Meta lets a WhatsApp Business app number also connect to the Business Platform. We check your number with you on the setup call.
